1.Except for subject matters that must not be copyrighted in terms of the Copyright Act (for example, laws, orders, and speeches and news releases drafted by civil servants - please refer to Article 9 of the Copyright Act), all narrations in words, photographs, pictures, recordings, images, and other information published on the Disciplinary Court Court Website (hereinafter called the Website) are subject to copyright protection.
2.Any person may freely exploit the abovementioned subject matters that cannot be copyrighted. All circles are welcomed to widely exploit them.
3.Where any content of the Website is protected in terms of the Copyright Act, and any person is required to obtain consent or authorization from the copyright holder of the work prior to using the content and apart from his, her or its fair use of the work, the person may exploit the work only after it has obtained the consent or authorization.
4.The above-mentioned 'fair use' is explained as follows:
(1)For works that are published in the name of the Disciplinary Court Court (hereinafter called the Court) on the Website, and whose authors are the Court, any person may reproduce, or publicly broadcast or transmit them within a reasonable scope. II. Linking to the Website
1. Linking any website to this Website does not need consent of the Court, but the link must clearly indicate the name of the organ. The Court prohibits the linking to its website if the link misleads users.
2. Linking a website to any webpage of the Website does not represent that theCourt agrees with contents, products, services, or beliefs of the first website. Any person who or which creates this link is requested to open a new window, but not to use a 'frame' or an 'iframe' tag and alter the content of the webpage of the Website.
III. Linking to Websites Not Governed by the Court
1. For the convenience of visitors to the Website, the Court also provides links to other law related, government agency, or other suggested sites. However, the Court is, without exception, not liable for any person's use of the content of any of the aforesaid websites.
2. All webpages and information of websites that are not governed by the Court and are linked from the Website are provided by the websites, and the websites or lawful right holders own related rights over them. The Court does not guarantee the accuracy, instantaneity or completeness of the webpages and information.

(2)Cooperating with relevant governmental administrative officials in terms of investigation and uses subject to their duties.
